These Terms of Use apply to your use of the StudyWise Consult website (studywiseconsult.com) and the information on it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Advisory engagements, such as business registration, branding, mentoring and conference or visa assistance, are governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement, which takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

The articles, guides, checklists and other content on this website are provided for general information only. They are not a substitute for advice tailored to your business, and you should not rely on them to make legal, tax, financial or immigration decisions.
Registration requirements, tax rules and visa policies change often. We work to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every page reflects the latest rules at the time you read it. Book a consultation for advice on your specific situation.
Our services
Every engagement begins with a free discovery call, followed by a written proposal that sets out the scope of work, timelines, fees and what we need from you. Work starts once you accept the proposal and any agreed deposit is paid.
We give you our honest, professional advice, but decisions about your business remain yours. Outcomes that depend on third parties, such as registration approvals, licences or bank accounts, are outside our control and cannot be guaranteed.
Conferences, events and visa assistance
We help clients find suitable international conferences, trainings and events, prepare applications and assemble visa documentation. Final decisions on event admission rest with the organiser, and visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or consulate. StudyWise Consult cannot guarantee that an application or visa will be approved.
You are responsible for making sure that all information and documents you give us are true, complete and authentic. We will not submit documents we believe to be false or misleading, and we may end an engagement if we are asked to do so.
Government visa fees, event registration fees, flights and accommodation are paid by the client and are usually non-refundable, including when an application is refused.
Fees and payments
Our fees are set out in your proposal before any work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Third-party costs, such as government filing fees, domain and hosting charges, printing or travel, are billed separately and at cost.
If you cancel an engagement, you pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any refund of unused fees is handled as described in your service agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and downloadable resources, belongs to StudyWise Consult or its licensors. You may view, download and print it for your own non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.
For client work, ownership of final deliverables such as logos, brand guidelines and websites passes to you once the related invoices are paid in full, as set out in your service agreement.
Links to other websites
Our website may link to government portals, event organisers, embassies and other third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site or its owner.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, StudyWise Consult is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our liability for client engagements is set out in the relevant service agreement.
