Our commitments describe how we work, not just what we do. Every StudyWise client can expect honest advice, transparent pricing and work done properly the first time, from business registration to visa applications.

We also invest in the wider business community: running free clinics for young and women entrepreneurs, partnering with schools and NGOs, and sharing practical knowledge so more businesses can start strong and stay strong.

Our commitment to entrepreneurs and communities

Great ideas can come from anyone, but access to good advice often depends on who you know and what you can afford. We want to change that. Each year, StudyWise Consult sets aside advisory time for free business clinics, mentoring for young and women founders, and workshops with schools, universities and community organisations. We also help professionals and educators reach international conferences and trainings, so the knowledge and networks they gain abroad come home to benefit their businesses and communities.

Good advice starts with honesty. We test every business idea objectively and tell clients plainly what we find, even when it isn’t what they hoped to hear. Our recommendations are based on evidence, not on selling more services. We commit to:

  • Clear, upfront pricing. You know what each service costs before work begins.
  • Plain-language guidance. No jargon, no hidden steps.
  • Independent recommendations. We only suggest the services you actually need.
  • Realistic expectations. We are clear about timelines, risks and what is outside our control.

We believe more people should be able to turn good ideas into real businesses. That’s why we dedicate part of our advisory time every year to free business clinics, mentoring for young and women founders, and workshops with schools, universities and community organisations.

Through our international conference and training placements, we also help professionals and educators bring new knowledge, partners and opportunities back to their own communities.

Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary. Every engagement includes knowledge transfer, from simple bookkeeping and compliance routines to brand guidelines and digital skills, so clients can run things confidently on their own. Inside StudyWise, we invest in our advisors’ continuous learning and build a respectful, inclusive team that reflects the diverse clients we serve.

We never cut corners. Every business registration, licence application and visa application we support is prepared honestly, with accurate information and genuine documents. We will not submit false information to any authority or embassy, and we are open with clients about what we can and cannot influence. Visa decisions always rest with the relevant embassy or consulate.

We treat your ideas, documents and personal data as confidential, and we only share them where needed to complete your application. If you ever have a concern about how we have handled your work, you can raise it directly with our leadership and it will be reviewed promptly and in confidence.
